Return Policy:

Need to make a return?
If you're not absolutely in love with your Freetooglovers order, we want to make it as simple as possible. See below for more information on our return policy.

Except for any products designated on the Site as non-returnable, we will accept returns of unworn, unwashed items in new condition with the original tags and hygienic liners attached within 30 days of their delivery date.


Note:

-Please note this page is for purchases made through this website. For purchases made through Freetoogloves' authorized resellers, please contact them directly.

-Please note that we don't accept returns after the 30 day timeframe. If an item is sent back after the 30 day window, we may have to send it back to your default delivery address and ask you to cover the delivery costs.
-Gloves marked as flash sale, final sale & special sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges and will not be refunded.

-Please provide as much detail as possible in your email. Include the order number, purchase date, and a brief description of the issue. Most importantly please attach photos of the item including the defective area. Requests must have pictures included in order to be processed.

Remember to take extra care to pack your return package properly so they don't get damaged on the way - we are not responsible for any returns until they reach our return address. Please also make sure to get proof of postage for reference incase you need to check the status with the carrier before it reaches us.

Refunds:

If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost after receiving the returned product. If it is not a quality problem of the product, and the shipping cost of the returned gloves is borne by the customer.

Note: The original shipping fee and insurance are non-refundable.
